Okay, I'm just going to take my own advice and jump right into your open arms and ask this (I'm an Access Queen "asker", too):
Does anyone have any frequent flyer miles they'd like to donate to me so I can go to OSonOS in Demark? For your generous gift I can bring back for you Stories images blessings photos recipes New learning .okay I do this anyway but for *you*, oh so much more. Or if you've seen my tiny drawings on real (empty) eggs (as at the Vancouver OSonOS), I can create some for you which you can use for wedding presents or other special gifts. They seem to go through the post fairly well in a handy plastic travel box.Though not perhaps to any of your countries that are on an island because I learned that lesson trying to bring them to OSonOS in Australia (they waited patiently for me in agricultural quarantine, never leaving the airport) -or- Does anyone know of an organization in.say.Denmark that would like to host me / pay for my flight and in return I can give a one-day workshop in interactive learning methods for trainers/curriculum designers/educators while I'm there? This is something I do at international and national conferences - it's experiential learning about creating / facilitating experiential (learner-centered) learning. I can afford the rest of the costs for OSonOS but my income is not.robust. I'm going, of course, because I've learned that everything always works out, and it's gotten me to the last several OSonOSses. You should try it. It really works. - - - Are there any other "askers" out there who need to ask us to help you get to OSonOS in any way.? - - - I'd also like to announce that the Access Queen Fund received another donation: one sweet 50 Euro note. Got any stray currency weighing you down that you might contribute to other "askers" who may need assistance with registration or accommodation funding? - - - Thank you for thinking of us all, Lisa L i s a H e f t Consultant, facilitator, educator O p e n i n g S p a c e 2325 Oregon Berkeley, California 94705-1106 USA (+01) 510 548-8449 [email protected] (coming soon: www.openingspace.net) * * ========================================================== [email protected] ------------------------------ To subscribe, unsubscribe, change your options, view the archives of [email protected], Visit: http://listserv.boisestate.edu/archives/oslist.html
