Hi Joelle, it is really a very active region, as many different organizations from all over the world are helping people living there to keep Baikal lake clean, and training them and organizing them and financign them. So there are a lot of experience there, and now OS - as a new tool of democratic discussions and decisions making. best wishes to you from Siberia with love Elena ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joelle Lyons Everett" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, September 10, 2003 12:42 PM Subject: Re: SV: 6 new facilitators > Congratulations, Elena, to you AND your newly-trained facilitators!
