Hi Elena,

I love the Lake Baikal region too and have been there several times. I'm
glad to hear that OS is going to be used there and I hope that will help
the healing process of this unique natural side we have on mother Earth.

greetings to Siberia
Jo

Hi Joelle, it is really a very active region, as many different
organizations from all over the world are helping people living there to
keep Baikal lake clean, and training them and organizing them and financign
them. So there are a lot of experience there, and now OS - as a new tool of
democratic discussions and decisions making.

best wishes to you

from Siberia with love

Elena
