Dear OS list,
We (Peter and Esther Fisher) novices in OS have been asked to write an
article for Spirit in the Smokies, an alternative "spiritual" publication

appreciate any help in the spirit of Open Space you would see fit to offer
us on this draft.
Looks pretty good -- but in reading it you might come to the conclusion
that Open Space is some new thing. While it may be new to your readers, it
is hardly unknown -- not after 30,000+ iterations in 80 countries, over
almost 20 years. I think I might also look at the notion of Open Space
"mimicking" nature. I rather suspect that it would be more accurate to say
that Open Space "enables the very natural process of self-organization.
" Thus the "magic" is not Open Space Technology, but rather a fundamental
mechanism which has been around for just about 14 billion years. More or less.
