The way I talk about OS with prospective clients is emergent but not very
new--I listen to what they say about their organization, and see where I can 
link
to their values and practices.  I listen to their presenting problem, and see
what I might be able to offer.  I tell them honestly that I use many formats
and methods, and this is what I value about OST. . .

I always focus on needs and benefits--most clients could care less about the
method. And OST is in such widespread use that it is not too hard to find a
relevant example.
