Yes, a few years ago I facilitated a two day conference on The Future of National Police Training. The client was the Home Office (part of the British government) and most of the participants were senior police officers from the various police forces that exist in the UK. The conference led, indirectly, to the creation of CENTREX, the Central Police Training and Development Authority (http://www.centrex.police.uk) I hope this information is useful.
