Sorry it took so long, I am recovering from English overdose….
This is the way we moved from 54 to 16:
After day one (20:30 in the evening) there was a meeting of the
preparatory committee and everyone who cares to (about 30 people showed
up), to answer the challenging question of how do we focus and converge
to action without loosing spirit and sense of space that is ever open.
The decision was made:
- to create clusters of proceedings of the 44 that took place
on the first day (put what looks like connected next to one another on
the news wall)
- suggest a name for the cluster
THAT WAS DONE COLLECTIVLY BY WHOEVER HAD THE PASSION FOR IT, ABOUT 7
PEOPLE WITH ANOTHER 3-5 REVISIONING IT
Next morning:
- read book of proceedings
- tell about the process of last night, clusters etc. asked to
review and decide whether they are in the right cluster or want to move
(they didn't but in other OS I had moves and people who wanted to belong
to more than one cluster)
- morning news with new issues
- Another breakout session (10) that were summarized in real
time and put on the news wall by their champions in the group they see
fit.
- Now we had 54 on the wall. Each person got 7 green dots for
voting and the collective got "the green lakmus energy ( or : inner chi)
level test" of each.
- Opened space for implementation group (10 were scoring many
greens on the test and 6 by people who wanted to go for it knowing there
are not that many greens on their plate that day and time) we made clear
legitimating for both

All of this happened until lunch
We all went to lunch and then had 2.5 hours in the implementation group
they created
