Kim I forgot to add a critical point: when asking convenors to "adopt" a priority and become project leaders leading an action planning session, an opportunity also should be given for anyone to raise an issue which wasn't a priority or wasn't even discussed. If it attracts support and produces a plan, participants can carry it forward or you can put everything to another vote to prioritise plans.
