thanks florian. for those not familiar, ralph copleman stepped to the center of the list one day and called for poetry inspired by open space, in a very particular form.
every six months since then, a new oslist poet laureate is chosen when their poem is voted as the fan favorite for that round. i am thinking of the butterfly in open space as a theme for this round. i would not be sad if bumblebees show up, or even if neither makes it into a poem, especially if you wrote it already. i invite each of you to post your poem to the list. any language (let's translate them to english also) and any poetic form. deadline august 31 at midnight california time. jeff -----Original Message----- dear jeff, I´m clapping hands ! you are saving the tradition of the poetry contest. thank you. florian * * ========================================================== osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu ------------------------------ To subscribe, unsubscribe, change your options, view the archives of osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu: http://listserv.boisestate.edu/archives/oslist.html To learn about OpenSpaceEmailLists and OSLIST FAQs: http://www.openspaceworld.org/oslist
