Maybe practitioners experienced in OST in conflict areas ( such as Harrison, Peggy, Zachary, Brian etc).. you can give some ideas to Raffi about how OST can be applied in that case.
And Raffi, you can explain this to your friend so that they can organize an OST meeting where people can try to solve their problems before conflicts get bigger and bigger.
