If anyone here will be in the Cleveland (OH) area mid-March, you're invited to
a gathering of Cleveland area facilitators and people interested in
facilitation. I'm especially hoping for a good turnout of OS folks.

The focus is to create a space for people to share best practices, tools, and
success stories. We will also use this process to begin a facilitator mentoring
network. One of Northern Ohio's richest and most valuable resources is the
network of facilitation expertise here. The intention of this event is to
connect people for shared learning and resources. At the conclusion of the
process, we'll explore interest in creating an area Facilitation Community of
Practice for ongoing live and online learning and resource sharing. Below are
some of the questions that will organize exploration of a community of
practice. This is a cost-free event - the space is sponsored by the Center for
Regional Economic Issues.

When: Friday March 11, 2005 from 2-4pm
Where: Peter B Lewis Building on the CWRU campus - corner of Bellflower and
Ford - Room 106
Who's invited: Area corporate, non-profit, and community facilitators,
organizers, moderators, as well as people interested in facilitation - and
anyone else in these categories in your social network you want to invite,
please forward this email.

RSVP (and any questions, suggestions) by March 4, 2005 to Jack Ricchiuto -
[email protected] and indicate in your RSVP if you need directions. Street
parking is available as well as Garage parking behind Severance Hall on East
Blvd.

Thanks,
Jack
