There is always a "pile up" of some sort -- but in my experience one issue stands out and the people will name it. As for determinging what that issue is -- that is not very difficult. Just listen to the people. It is their issue after all. I'm seeing that right now btw - there's this "the end of oil" issue, and apparently an International Agency has spat a set of recomendations on how to save oil urgently - this is making the "I told you" people (those who've been warning about peak-oil for ages, and doing little else) to be sensitive to the "let's self-organise around solutions" meme. I'll keep an ear up ... and I also appreciate your insights about this "how best make use of oportunities" issue. Thanks!
