I think we need to try to make this as simple as possible. I have never used ICQ/Yahoo messenger personally, but I think it would be a cinch, but I am not sure how it'd be for others. Funda, how about for you? As for the theme, can you say more about what "Making the fun bigger" means for you? I am thinking and want to think more about what I want this event to be.
