I am proposing to trial 2 sigs I feel most passionately about, starting early september (before which time I am offline visiting family the other side of the world). The idea of a sig is that anyone can join and we regularly report back any progress to the larger virtual community you joined from but we use direct email circulation among the sig to see if we can fast forward project progress.
