While we're busy connecting OST practice to other things, like Spirals, I offer the something that connects elsewhere.
After a recent client has been mulling various, shall we say, encroachments into the space that they want to open, i was thinking about some old search conference papers that refer to group dynamics research. I searched, found, adapted, spouted a bit and published here (it's just a wee bit long for posting to the list): http://www.globalchicago.net/wiki/wiki.cgi?MixedModeDangers ...all about meeting design, group dynamics and productive work. Not sure if it's any use at all, and not even sure I'll share it with my client. Not sure that debate or research is what will matter in that particular case, but curious if this piece is interesting, useful or otherwise able to be improved upon by anyone here on the list. Thoughts?
