The event is a cooperation between a managements school (IHM) and the managers union (ledarna). So here are at least two agendas/objectives - 1. To talk about the theme "how to create involvement and commitement" and 2.Show people IHM's facilities. And for number 1 - they asked me and I (of course) proposed to do an OST instead of just talking about it. So at this event the theme is the main attraction ( I assume..). And there are people coming from different organisations and companys. So I am not so worried about splitting the meeting up in two sessions - or should I start to be that...
