I hope you have already list my name to OSI ( US).
I am still and still learning A User's Guide of Harrison Owen.
You know the English is not my mother tounge. So I need more time to read
Harrison Owen Book.
I am glad that Lisa Heft already explain me about the
the diffrent between Training Program and Open Space Technology practice.
So I get a lot of understanding about OST practicing.
I would really like to indroduce it to Indonesia NGO. But I think I need to
be trained first, at least I should have experiences in co-facilitator or
become OST participant.
I am thinking one day invite you to do training of Facilitator, with 30
people from NGO's.
And I plan to conduct open Space to facilitate about 700
people of Breast sport organization here at Lombok Island. The name of this
organization is Satria Nusantara ( it is the acronym ) It is health exercise
organisation, finance by the members. I am one of the board members in this
voluntary organization. In my prediction there will be explotion in the
organization, because this organization is not managed well, and managed by the
wrong men with no skill and knowledge about organization and management. I have
disccused to the board members about my plan. many members and board members
agree with me, because the only one who work with NGO only my self.
The problem in this organization, is no clear goal, no clear management,
,mostly the members are the women. The members are homogeen from University
Graduate to primary school education. From the government official, teachers to
small traiders. Is this characteristic of audiences fit to OST ?
I don't need financial to invite the members. Because every two week we do
sport togather at the soccer field. Every moths the members increase at leat
100 new members. So it will be so difficult to organise them if the management
does't work. It is pure Social voluntary organization at Local level, we also
have nasional level. They have similar problems with the local level. my
question how do I begin to prepare this meeting. What information I should
inform them before I bring them togather in the conference room.
to what objective I shoud bring them for the last meeting.
What sort of action plan contain and format.
