FacilitatorThanks Harrison for this beautiful picture. A real pearl! ...it can reassure about the incredible value of trusting and it is full of possibilities and hope.
I'll keep it in my pocket for those conversations with people, clients afraid to let go and I'll remind myself of it too when I'm working on letting go. In some cases, quite literally! It is for that reason that high levels of clarity, focus, and presence are the least I can bring to the circle. And because that life is not my possession it must be released quickly (I must get out of the way). Sometimes it feels like holding a bird in my cupped hands. It really feels neat, and I would like to keep it. But if I do that, the birds will die. So I open my hands and the bird will fly - when ready.
