As long as that word is not "consultant," I am comfortable with
"facilitator." If there was no facilitator, how would the event
occur and the process be introduced?
While we may use different words, styles and variations, we still
need to serve the Community, hold the space and respond to surprises
and the occasional challenge. But, then again, that's what makes
Open Space and life exciting!
