I agree with michael that Open Space, and the principles and law, is
part of my personal practice.   I also think it can be a "practice" for
organizations or "collectives of people".  It certainly requires
practice for me to live by the principles and law and it does for
organizations that I've worked with as well.  It is a way to practice a
different way of being in organization.
