Hi Gerard Good to see you, virtually anyway! I almost always use the re-opening process which I really like. It´s quite powerful. Last week I facilitated a 2-day OS where 8 topics where chosen in the re-opening process. It becomes so very obvious who is responsible and people take responsibility - or not - and whatever...
By the way, it seems private businesses are waking up to OS over here. Last weeks two large corporation have shown interest quite seriously! Hmmm. Warmest regards & Good Night Thomas (wind and rain here too) > -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- > Från: OSLIST [mailto:[email protected]]För Gerard Muller > Skickat: den 15 februari 2006 22:46 > Till: [email protected] > Ämne: Re: SV: evolving agendas > > > I also as a rule have the whole agenda made on day I, providing an > opportunity thereafter to add/change/remove. > However if I only have one and a half day, (or a lunch-to lunch > meeting), I only ask for topics for day one on the first day, > and then on day 2 ask to add the most important topics that are missing > (which as a rule produces a couple, sometimes > topics which were discusssed but not under that title. > > I also find the method Michael Herman once suggested a good one, asking > participants to post those topics they would > like to take forward. > > Greetings from wind and rain, > > > > > Gerard Muller > Open Space Institute Denmark > Phone: (+45) 21269621 > Mail: [email protected] > > > > > > > On Feb 15, 2006, at 8:36 PM, Thomas Herrmann wrote: > > > My experience is that not many or no new topics are raised on the > > second day (I have always invited participants to post for both days > > in multi-day events).
