That's something coming from Harrison, who has written elsewhere that the
longest one is 14 billion years old.  Unless Harrison has another career
that we don't know about I'd say that trumps his mere 65 years!

As for most successful, I like what Brian Swimme says about the Universe:
Start with a very large cloud of hydrogen, wait 14 billion years and -
presto - OPERA!
