The first and longest one I've been to was about 6 days.it was in Slovenia at magical Castle Borl, at "open space learning village". But that wasn't really about planning or problem solving, OS was the framework in which we lived and learned together. And not to forget that we took a day off in the middle to digest and there were lots of space to be a butterfly at and around the castle.:-) f i l i z approach love and cooking with reckless abundance! <http://www.barakam.blogspot.com/> www.barakam.blogspot.com <http://www.bugday.org/> www.bugday.org _____

The first two Open Space events I attended, aeons ago, I believe were 3.5 or 4 days. Harrison or Anne Stadler might remember what was the schedule for the OS on Creativity in Sonoma County, California, and for The Business of Business is Learning, at Kahneetah Resort in central Oregon, which I believe was a follow-on event to the OS in Goa. I have found that an extra day takes me deeper into myself, as well as deeper into the topics of discussion. Both of these events were in rural settings, with many sessions outside and some posted as a walk, yoga, dance or art session, so we were not sitting in chairs talking for days on end.
