Diane Gibeault suggested I tell a bit of this story. We did hold a great workshop (according to the participants and to us) in Ottawa, Canada at the very end of April. There were 14 participants who were eager to explore. We were primarily in English but weaved in and out of French given one participant from Paris, another from Montreal and the Ottawa folks werel mostly bi-lingual. It was an eclectic set of consultants ready to take another step in their practice and seekers ready to enable collective consciousness (and maybe do a little organizational work as well.). A great mix.
And we had an evening open to all comers a Stammtische, if you can call it that in a Chinese restaurant with good Chinese beer. A couple of Ottawa folks did come and one told stories of his initiatives to use OST (without calling it that) in very results driven business organization. And it has been very successful. So, the workshop was a delight with a lot of growing and wonderful experiences and conversations. Judy Gast will soon announce another Stammtische in June in the Toronto area.
