I look forward to sharing a future story about 1-2 forums on the topic
"Indifference, carelessness, freebe-ism, dependency- impeccable

One is tentatively planned for early July. Sadly, we will only have
three hours to plumb the depths of this. Enough for action planning?

underappreciated 19th century Russian writer who had much juiciness to
share on the topic of Russian responsibility.
