Hi Andrew,
I think I do know an exercise, but have little time this week to
write about it.
In Ortho-Bionomy, the gentle bodywork I practise, I work with
reflexes that travel to the spine, but not necessarily to the brain.
(That part of my work simply involves supporting part of the body in
a position of comfort for a few seconds.)
Yet the body responds by releasing tension in specific areas.
The exercise is safe to do, but a little 'indirect' in showing what
goes on.
Not something you can really feel only going to your spine, probably.
It might not be what you mean.
Please let me know if you want more info later.
Cheers,
Allison

Dear All,
A little change in direction from backcasting, although related.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any exercises to help people
identify
that their body knows what to do before their brain does?
I hope all's great for you!
Warm regards,
Andrew
