I have done it at the end of the day too, and found that the energy problem
is somewhat addressed by using the dots method of prioritizing just before
reopening the space for action. It gets folks up and moving around, the
stickers bring out the kid energy in everybody, there is always some humour
and good natured jostling. The energy burst seems to be enough to get them
through the action planning and then a lightening round closing circle. (I
work with a lot of small non-profits and they always want to do EVERYTHING
in one day ;-) )

Cheers,
