Avner, For a lightning fast "book", I have used a digital camera to photo all "posters" and each topic on the wall . . . and had "forms" for group participants to fill out for each session proceedings (available on clip-boards in each break out area).
Rather than typing the proceedings into a computer, we scanned them in and created the book of digital images in less than an hour . . . email the complete file to a printer and VOILA! The only down-side to this is that there are those folks who write in very sloppy "short-hand" so some of the notes are difficult to decipher, but this did not turn out to be a huge issue as the participants in each group were listed for reference. best, b -- Coaching REALTORS to Success and Balance!
