Yes Jack, I understand it's possible and congrats for doing it. Particularly as our sense of time compresses. Opening a space is possible by just asking a question and then hold the space for the conversation. Taking a breath can open a space between me and my ego, if I move to that consciousness. I do think most need more space to begin to experience something new. I then not to call what I'm doing OST unless its 3 or 4 hours and even that does not feel "spacious" for many. For some, 60 minutes is the most they ever get in a day.
