VISA REMINDER for WOSonOS 2008
July is just around the corner. If you are in need of a letter of invitation
for a travel visa, please request it soon. June 15th is the deadline for us to
create these letters. We are excited to have a fantastic international presence
so don’t miss out.

Date of birth
Passport number and date of issue and date of expiry
Your postal address
Your telephone, fax, email
Full contact information for the US embassy in your country (official name,
postal address, telephone number(s), fax number with country code)
Please include with that information:
A paragraph about your experience in Open Space and facilitation, why you wish
to come, and how you will use the experience you gain at this conference. (We
think that information will help your interview and we shall include it in the
invitation letter)
