Thanks, Arno, and just wanted to add a few more bits. During the trip heard more and more of people using OST, including for a strategic planning session for a major pharmaceutical company (180 people), people using it in trainings to structure knowledge including as an emergent design in a working with key clients training for a major Russian telecom.
And also heard of OST training certification being conducted, too!
