As our community is expanding everywhere in Europe and in the world,
we invite you for the first European Learning Exchange in Paris, City
of Light, for a 3 days Open Space format, in one of the most beautiful
scene in Paris : La Grande Arche de la Defense !
Welcome to all facilitators, organizations, sponsors, colleagues who
use Open Space Technology as a wonderful way to help groups self-
organize and solve their most important problems with passion and
responsibility.

« Apprécier, trouver un terrain d’entente, converser entre égaux, tout
cela se produit au cours d’un Forum Ouvert comme un phénomène émergent
naturellement. Le plus extraordinaire est que les personnes pensent
qu’elles font cela toutes seules. Et c’est vrai ! De plus, elles
savent au plus profond d’eux-mêmes qu’elles peuvent le refaire- et le
referont. C’est réellement s’approprier son propre pouvoir. La clé ne
réside pas dans la méthode, le processus, ou le facilitateur, elle
est dans les personnes elles-mêmes. Alors je peux aller faire une
sieste en sachant qu’elles feront un travail infiniment meilleur même
