Hello friends, I am happy to be hosting a number of upcoming retreats in the powerful self hosting practice of the Work (of Byron Katie). Open Space and Art of Hosting friends in Canada, the US and Europe are calling these weekend offerings, and I am excited to show up and share this practice. All experience levels welcome.
The Work is a powerful and accessible inquiry based process for working with your own thinking and limiting beliefs where you are experiencing fear, judgement, stress or are stuck. I find it opens space in my mind and heart in profound ways, and allows me to see possibility in places that feel limited, and supports me in stepping into holding space in challenging situations. It is a core part of my hosting practice and my coaching work with facilitators and leaders working in the fire of change and transformation.
