Wow... this is very interesting! Especially with the "special"
relations Venezuela has with Cuba. I'd love to hear about your OST in
Cuba... very, very interesting! I can't quite imagine how this will
happen but I'll be happy to see what does happen and I am ready to be
surprised. Is this is a govt entity or private?

find any recent references. I know things like internet and email are
hard to come by on Cuba. It must be a fertile ground for OST as any
other country.
So if there are any Open Space people on the island, I would love to
know about them so we might be able to get together.
