Hello, i love reading those mails as i didn't have the opportunity to facilitate an OST yet (too young,21 years old) and still in business school which is a French trend : not to have confidence in youth-inexperienced ),hope to soon.
there is a matter found by many of my French peers : how to follow and keep OST dynamics after OST and to make its effects last. An idea - I love to celebrate life - so i was wondering if if we could after 6 months suggest a celebration to see and to honor the work done after in a OST way.So then we can go further. i am doing a literature review for my research paper about OST/World cafe/Future Search and strategic management / innovation. I would like to modelize those technics in management or strategy .And i need research essay, report, dissertation to do it.
