Actually Leslie - I did an OS for the Africa Region (177 strong including all senior staff) last January. So it is not really a new thing... but nice to see they are still moving on.

I've proposed Open Space to small sub-divisions of USAID (in DC) a number of times and while they were curious/ interested, in the end, it didn't happen. Since there is more of a groundswell for OST at USAID (at least in BiH - Bosnia and Herzegovina) having seen the benefits of it, hopefully we will see it grow and grow and grow across the globe, even as far as USAID's headquarters in Washington, DC.
