Dear friends in Open Space Just a brief report back from the two 2-day OST's I had a couple of weeks ago with all staff from a hospital. As the hospital could not close down they had to divide into two occasions. They were/are so so very thrilled by what they experienced and achieved. I had the material from the first conference in a corner if anyone would ask - but didn't announce it and nobody asked for it. Interestingly enough they didn't really overlap - any of the 23 action plans. (in total 53 reports). Thanks for sharing your thoughts regarding this. It worked perfect! Another thing. I always present the Medicine Wheel before closing and recently I have invited the participants to speak in pairs for a few minutes, writing some reflections related to one or several of the aspects. They then put it in the circle. A lot of big insights and very positive feedback - to themselves of course! Tomorrow we have a 4 hour follow up meeting - all 23 sponsors of actions plans + the leadership team. They will have an opportunity to reflect on the experience, share what happened since the OSTs and decide how to go on with the work. One topic that has already been spoken about a lot is how to let the principles and the law stay alive in the work to come. I do look forward to the meeting tomorrow!
