I have been working with Estonians over the past few years who know Open Space very well.  Piret Jeedas, Ivika Nögel and Robert Oetjen have been hosting some great Art of Hosting work in Estonia for a number of years, and they are slowly adding practitioners to our worldwide community.

Eesti is one of my favourite places on earth, and Open Space finds a natural home there.

Folks were not familiar and figured the format would be very culturally uncomfortable.  As I first heard about OST in Denmark a decade+ ago, I figure there might be Baltic folks here I simply need to connect to my hosts.
