May I ask if anyone has noticed a rise in conflict - which I believe it is good so that we can further understand each other and the common goals - when engaging in open space and self organising systems? I have noticed conflict arising as more people are given permission and freedom to be involved and igniting their passion and responsibility. Thoughts please ...
