Hi Kevin, what a great article, want to share this with so many. I find that 
you have described how a culture for leadership is created. Within the Genuine 
Contact community we have lately discussed that leadership is a verb and Open 
Space Technology and Whole Person Process Facilitation and other such methods 
are ways to create a culture for this kind of leadership, where everyone is 
seen as a leader and have the necessary space to practice leadership.

This is my first post on the OS List. I was introduced to Open Space in January 
2014 when I attended the training put on in NYC by Karen Davis and Harrison. It 
seems like most people use this for questions & answers. I supposed my question 
is more of a request for feedback and thoughts on the article below.
