Hi Kevin, what a great article, want to share this with so many. I find that you have described how a culture for leadership is created. Within the Genuine Contact community we have lately discussed that leadership is a verb and Open Space Technology and Whole Person Process Facilitation and other such methods are ways to create a culture for this kind of leadership, where everyone is seen as a leader and have the necessary space to practice leadership.
