Greetings to All,

In my work with Open Agile Adoption (OAA), I do not usually facilitate the OST meetings since I do not believe the Agile coach can be effective in that role.

The OAA method has at least 2 OST meetings. I typically bring in an OST Facilitator each time. And I pay them!

Agile is now mainstream. If the OAA method of Agile adoption gets serious traction, we can reasonably expect demand for skilled OST Facilitators to increase quite a bit!

Furthermore, I suspect that most skilled OST Facilitators who are motivated could pick up Agile coaching, because most of the problems these organizations are facing are sociological, not technical.
