*An amazing 3 days at International House!*

I have not yet processed it all but did not want to wait to reach out.
This world community means the world to me. Oh how, I would have wanted to
report every day, to share stories, photos, gratitude, tidbits of the
inspired conversations, the deep connections and love that was ignited in
this gathering. Our face-to-face time was so consuming and intense, filled
with learning and sharing as happens always when we open space.

The Book of Proceedings (first draft) was produced on the last night and
emailed to all who attended the next morning. It is basically a compendium
of the reports on the Google drive with a few formatting and/or spelling
tweaks. Once it’s completed, we’ll place it in the Google drive.

*What I wanted to share that was extra special this year is the diverse
group that assembled – a total of 38 hearts and souls. Multiple sectors,
ages and interests – from the world of Education, Manufacturing,
Technology, Urban League, Red Cross, Arts, Music and Dance, Wall Street,
Health Care, Professors and Students, Consultants, Keynote
Speakers/Authors, and some folks from self-organizing companies. From
Paris, Chile, New York, Florida, New Jersey, Montana, Arizona, California,
Canada, Washington, Pennsylvania and other places that I’m forgetting.
Multi-generation too with a few students who hosted the World Open Space at
the University of South Florida St. Petersburg in 2013.*

The theme “Opening Space for Peace and High Performance at Work and in
Life” with the tagline Navigating Confusion, Chaos and Conflict could not
have come at a better time. It’s the world we live in right now.

*Christine Koehler did an absolutely magnificent job opening the space,
sharing her story of what happened the week before in Paris. It was soul
searing and profound. A video link can be found on the Google Drive with
the session reports and photos in a folder named Video: **bit.ly/osih2015
<http://bit.ly/osih2015>*

Thank you to those who sent messages to say they were with us in spirit. I
assure you that your presence was felt. *Karen Davis indicates that she
thinks this is the 18th year that this gathering has been taking place in
New York at International House.*

Enjoy viewing and reading!
