Asunto: Re: [OSList] A Friend... Robert Steele

Interesting to see this thread here! The first time I heard about Robert
Steele, was after he had contacted my friend and colleague Tom Atlee. Robert is
a huge fan of Tom's book on co-intelligence, "The Tao of Democracy", and has
written a very enthusiastic and extensive
recommendation<http://www.amazon.com/review/R24C5DS1B0E5EW/ref=cm_cr_dp_title?ie=UTF8&ASIN=193213347X&channel=detail-glance&nodeID=283155&store=books>
 for it on Amazon.

Personal disclaimer: I helped Tom edit and publish his book, so clearly my
perspective is biased! Still, I think it's a great book, and we've both greatly
welcomed Robert's enthusiasm for it. From Robert's perspective, it seems the
"Open Intelligence" he founded and the co-intelligence that Tom writes about
have a lot of parallels and synergies.
with all best wishes,
Rosa

Regarding Robert Steele:

Here's a short, informative 10-min vid that tells what Robert Steele is about:
very interesting...

Here is his CV: also very interesting....

This is not a drill.

The site that contains his writing is the writing of the US ARMY WAR
COLLEGE.....not the "dot MIL"

One of my favorite people on the planet is Robert Steele. His CV will not match
the normative standard on OSLIST. Professionally he has been on what some might
call, “The dark side of the house.” That would include The US Marines,
Intelligence, and a few things not to be mentioned. But his mind, intelligence,
and energy is truly awesome. I cannot endorse every word he says, but if you
would enjoy somebody who really wrestles in open space check out:
