Anna It dépends on the place....can you go there? If yes do this. Find the center and take a smal rope ,ask someone to hold It in the center, or tape It there and extend It and see how far you can pull It, there mark there and calculateur with the chairs.....do this for 1/4 of the circle.....If you cannot go the the place ask for a map of the.... If this not possible do the circles the same day, early , with someone helping you.."..
