Hi Rosa,
Thanks for posting this. On page 155 my friends Michelle Holliday and
Michael Jones have published an article. On page 161, the authors
discuss "practice grounds", or places to try out new patterns and skills.
And, Open Agile Adoption is mentioned right there, on page 161. Maybe
you saw that? See footnote (9) in the "Living Systems" article starting
page 155.
Note: "Open Agile Adoption: is the former name of

We need much more OST, especially at the start of Agile adoptions, and
especially after, when coercive "push" style Agile adoptions lose
momentum and break down. These adoptions typically break down after the
expensive (and often quite authoritative) Agile coaches leave.

hi all,
Some of you here may enjoy Tom Atlee's recent article on "Conversation
in the Conscious Evolution of Social Systems" in the recent Spanda
Journal issue on Systemic Change
<http://www.spanda.org/SpandaJounrnal_VI,1.pdf>.
In it, he has a whole section on OST starting on page 190. Earlier in
the article, he mentions that "the most powerful transformational
events I have attended were five-day Open Space gatherings [...]
designed to capitalize on the potential of iteration."
Daniel, his article also resonates with your recent post on "periodic
OST events"...
with all best wishes,
Rosa
