Hello, dear colleagues -

Just a reminder about these two upcoming events.

As they are happening in just a few weeks, it is very helpful to the event
organizers if you actually register =now= so the event hosts know which rooms
to book and so they can spend their resources wisely based on actual numbers of
registrants.

And did you know that for citizens of the countries listed on this site, you do
not need a visa to visit Poland? That makes it even easier for some of you to
join us!

Both of these events include individual-to-you registration pricing - so if you
can afford the resources to travel and the time to spend a few fascinating days
with us I know you can also afford to register for one or both of these
co-learning events.

Open Space Learning Workshop - 8-9-10 September 2015 - Kraków, Poland

An opportunity for people of all levels of experience to share and explore the
latest best practices and lessons-learned from around the world.
If you are new to Open Space this will give you an exploration of all the
elements that can support the success of an Open Space event - from pre-work to
documentation design to hearing stories of what to do when conflict emerges,
how to handle power dynamics, and more.
If you already use this process, join us to share not just =that= you do
something in a certain way, but to reflect with us about =why= and to see if
others do it slightly differently - and =why=.
Plus I know that we have many stories from the field to share.

I am the host and facilitator for this workshop, so contact me directly for
more information about content, schedule and pricing, and to register for it -

The World Open Space on Open Space (“WOSonOS”) - 10-11-12-13 September 2015 -
Kraków, Poland

This is not a training, but rather a “user’s conference” for people who know
and use Open Space - our annual international gathering. Last year in Serbia,
next year…? I am already in touch with two countries who are preparing to
invite - because I love to help them “behind the scenes”. And we shall see how
the story deepens over the next several weeks. (If your country team is
thinking about inviting for a future year, do contact me as I have some wisdom
that past host teams would like to share with you).

Some people attend both of these events - first the workshop to reflect upon
and discover all we know about how to prepare for, document, support and
facilitate Open Space - and then continuing onward with us for a “deep dive”
into several days in Open Space to talk about all things facilitation. Some
take the workshop as a stand-alone event. Some come just to the conference.
Separate registration and separate payment for each - but to help you maximize
your resources each is pay-the-most-you-can and both are in the same location.
And if you need help and ideas about transit, accommodation and directions the
WOSonOS Host Team is ready to help you.

For more information see WOSonOS 2015.

I look forward to sharing learning with you soon in Kraków.
And if you cannot join us in September, I look forward to our next conversation
here, there and elsewhere, about this fascinating dialogue process,

Lisa
