Dear all,
today is a day of rejoice for me!
I have the honour to facilitate the Future Search Network Learning Exchange in
Berlin.
The sponsors, Mia and Michael from the Berlin Space Cooperative, choose Open
Space as the Meeting Technology for the Learning Exchange.
I choose to open the Learning Exchange with a Transfer In from the Genuine
Contact Program - and my whole way of facilitating OST is informed by Genuine
Contact.
Why is that a day of rejoice for me?
It feels to me as if the time of ‘differentiation’ among our communities and
approaches might be coming to an end - well there is never an end, but for now
it feels like a moment of ‘integration’.
I have been struggling with all the differentiation in the communities and
lists - because I always felt so much energy gets put into defining
differences.
I am so much enjoining when we celebrate our common ground and see how much all
of the approaches are part of the paradigm shift in leadership.
This is where the true power of co-creating a world of leadership versus a
world of control is emerging (for me) !
I am cheering to a new cycle of collaboration and co-leadership in our
communities and I really hope this is just the beginning.
Right now Frederic Laroux might be more popular than Open Space, Future Search
and Genuine Contact, but I am convinced that soon we are all going to meet and
support one another more fully. By acknowledging and valuing our differences
and experiencing and nurturing our common intentions, visions and leadership
principles.
To inspire others!
To take leadership to a truly new level!
