How about...

Put everything on the curriculum that one needs to unlearn in order to open 
space and at the  end of the year tell them congratulations you are a now a 
master in the art of knowing nothing! 

If you cover things quicker than the Curriculum planned because you've been 
using OST just add a few more things in its worth unlearning.
