After I attended Judith Glaser's session in March I loved it so much
(thanks Marai!) I got in touch to see if she would like to run one last
one before she starts this year's coaching program on 24 June. Happily
she said yes :)

main point. To me, already this free webinar was very useful for my
understanding of what goes on in our bodies during different kinds of
conversation. Those that have us tense up & shut down and those that
build trust & make us more creative. It also had me understand why
people may need time (sometimes a full day!) to move from one state to
another, just because of the hormonal impact. Another reason for
longer OST meetings…)
