Dear Harrison et al,

In our SoL Global case there was of course never a fear of violent behaviour.
There was a fear of competitive behaviour and misuse of the knowhow. And that
fear decreased the ability for the members to “ultimize” themselves (i.e. use
their highest potential).

Warm greetings and best wishes,
Anthi
