Dear OS community
I have the honor of facilitating an OS meeting in the legislative context where the interests and needs of the participants are very contrary. After several failures of actualized by-laws in the necessary political processes, the responsible federal office this time wants to learn in an OS where the needs of the people concerned are BEFORE they start rewriting the by-laws. (Usually, those needs surface only when the parties and offices concerned are asked to comment the already written by-laws, which is too late to incorporate most of them.) We had a very interesting preparation meeting where the question came up whether there are examples of successful OS-outcomes in a context of very contrarious interests and needs of the people concerned. I would be more than happy to hear / read some of your stories.
